The plant reaches a height of about two ft and spreads to much more than a yard throughout, but — considering the fact that comfrey doesn’t toss out creeping roots and infrequently sets seed — it’s remarkably non-invasive for this kind of strong getting. Comfrey is native to Europe and Asia, but has become cultivated in (and subsequently
